great location with lovely staff

the indoor pool is a great getaway for kids. rooms were cozy but a bit small. waking up to the peaceful sound of the river was truly relaxing.

The Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites was a great spot for our family getaway. The room we stayed in was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The staff was friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the convenience of being so close to the national park was fantastic for our family outings!

But don't get me started on the broken back entrance light—felt like a horror movie navigating those stairs at night! The door latch was sneaky too, and don’t even get me started on the one towel for two nights. I might just try my luck elsewhere next trip to Cherokee.
